GENERAL CONDITIONS
Guaranteed vehicle category: You reserve a vehicle category that guarantees you certain characteristics (e.g. Economy 5-seater, 3-door) but in each category there are several models and it is NOT possible to guarantee that you will receive a certain model. If at the time of delivery we have the model you want, we will gladly deliver it to you. If the category you request is not available, then a higher category will be delivered at no additional charge. We also cannot guarantee a specific fuel type (gasoline or diesel) or color. Model, fuel type and color will depend on the vehicles we have available in our office at the time of delivery.
What our rates include: If you make your reservation through our website, the final price includes the rental, SCDW insurance (CONSULT INSURANCE) and VAT. In case of requesting services that generate an additional charge in addition to the rental, they will also appear in your final quote (CONSULT EXTRAS). Mileage is unlimited.

Free airport service. We do not have a counter inside the airport. Our uniformed representative in yellow shirt will be waiting for you at the Airport Arrivals Terminal. A minibus will bring you to our office (transfer time: 4 minutes). You will have to return the vehicle to our office where you can also take advantage of our airport transfer service. This service is immediate upon arrival and return of the vehicle and is free of charge.
Minimum rental age: For economy cars a minimum of 21 years old and one year of driving license. For all others, a minimum of 25 years and two years of driving license. The maximum age allowed is 80 years.
It is not allowed to take the vehicle out of the Island where it has been rented.
Cancellation policy:
At least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, you will pay 50% of the total value of the reservation.
