  • What documentation is required to rent a scooter?

 A credit card and a valid driver's license.

  • What happens in case of an accident?

The steps to follow are: contact our telephones which are operative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, follow the instructions and do not leave the place of the accident. We will try to assist you as soon as possible.

  • Should I fill the gas tank?

The fuel consists of: as we deliver the vehicle to you, you must return it at the same level; in the case of returning it below the indicated level, you will have to pay 10 EUR per 1/4 in the case of cars.

For scooters, 10 EUR for a full deposit.

En el caso de que devuelva el vehículo a un nivel superior al indicado, no efectuamos devolución monetaria.

  • Even if I have comprehensive insurance, if the accident is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, do I have to pay for it?

You will have to pay the commercial value of the vehicle at the time of the accident.

  • How to make a reservation?

after selecting your vehicle preference and the days, we will send you a quotation via email and/or whatsapp. if you agree you must transfer by any of the means of payment 50% of that amount, and send us the proof of payment by the same means. at this moment your reservation is confirmed.

  • How long is a quotation valid?

if you do not make the 50% payment within 72 hours after receiving the quotation, we do not commit ourselves to maintain the same rate that was sent.

  • What happens if I lose my vehicle key?

You will have to pay the travel expenses of our staff plus the amount of the key, equivalent to 150 EUR + tax.

  • What happens if I rent a scooter and lose my helmet?

You will have to pay 50 EUR + taxes for the helmet, plus the travel service of our staff equivalent to 70 EUR + taxes.
